Hello FEAR! My name is Jim, and its great to see other war game enthusiasts starting to creep out of the woodwork of Frankfort!

I guess i'll blab about my self and leave the post open to questions!

My name is Jim Simpson, I'll be 20 in June. Former KY-20021 AFJROTC Wing Commander, I've been in boots since i can remember.
When i was younger i was active in boy-scouts and an avid nerf warrior(and still am). Uhhhmm. I was active duty law enforcement explorers before i left to go to UK.
I am fluent in Chinese. And i also fluently speak army.

On a team i typically play "Team leader" (Radio, logistics, tactics..you know, the lame officer stuff) My preferd squad position is Designated marksmen, but i have trained on sniper and escape and evasion techniques and am also comfortable with being a point man in urban encounters if i have to.


I'm a pretty laid back guy, and im really big into Para military/military simulation style play.

Oh wow, totally forgot to say anything about my load out.

I go for PMC Security forces look. (all the way down to hand cuffs and zip ties)
I run a M4A1 Style AEG with a 12x4 scope. Rated between 390/400 FPS depending on what mood she's in.

Preferred cammo is the multicam pattern, but i have standard woodland as well as khaki's and black.

Ill try to get a picture up after i play a few rounds with you guys! I understand you all play almost exclusively outdoors, so my loadout will be subject to change for quite a few rounds.

Having trouble finding the calender, could you link it to me?

following. Sunday the 23rd of May. We meet at the store between 1030 am and 1130am the convoy out to the field. If the calander button is not showing at the top of the page for you (next to home,portal) then you can check out the calander catch all post at the bottom.

Hey Jim. Welcome to the FEAR forum. I, as well as the other FEAR members, can't wait to meet you. As Dave said, we have a scheduled event on the 23rd. We usually get 20-30 people on our scheduled events.

As far as your load out goes, what you have sounds like a good fit. I assume the cuffs and ties are for the sim effect? Dave really hates it when he gets hog tied and left behind. I generally wear Tiger or MARPAT, because I am too cheap to get the multicam. I would say 99% of everything we do is in an outdoor setting.

All of our members are very capable and experienced and I think you would really enjoy the trigger time.
